Most analysis reads the headlines and reasons backwards. BIFROST reasons the other way: a curated corpus of structural work — debt cycles, institutional decay, demography, commodity flows — establishes what should happen and when. Incoming news is then measured against that expectation, and either confirms it or breaks it.

News explains nothing. It confirms or invalidates a pattern the corpus already described. That direction is a hard rule in the code, not a style preference.

Every forecast is stored with its anchor and its reasoning, and later evaluated against the outcome. You can read the misses, not only the hits.
It refuses to guess
Asked something the corpus does not cover, it says so and stops. An analyst who never says «I don't know» is not an analyst.
Attention, measured
The heat map weights coverage by impact, recency and relevance — so a loud week does not outrank a structural shift.

You choose what it reads. The lens is only as good as the library behind it, and that library is yours.
